At 22:6 Athletics, flag football is designed to be different. We believe you don’t have to sacrifice sportsmanship, teamwork, or character to be competitive.

That’s why all our coaches take a player development approach—because every kid plays. Our goal is for each player to grow and learn throughout the season, and that can’t happen from the bench.

We also believe in the power of parent engagement. There’s no better way to set an example than by showing up, cheering, and celebrating your child’s effort and progress.

To recognize hard work and dedication, we track stats and honor weekly MVPs. Every achievement matters—and we make sure kids see the results of their efforts.
